By subscribing, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and reside in the Dominican Republic or in a country where there is no restriction to receive this information. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data you provide.

Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including the partial or total loss of the invested capital and variability in timelines and returns. Published estimates do not guarantee future performance.

All contents on the site (texts, images, trademarks, code) are the property of Naventrax S.R.L. or used under licence. Their reproduction without prior authorisation is forbidden.

6. Limitation of liability

Naventrax S.R.L. is not liable for technical interruptions, errors in information published by third parties or decisions taken based on the content of the site.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.
